Hello guys! I'm just downloaded and played this mod today, and I was trying to cancel the recruitment restriction by editing the value of total cap in db packfile, I set aii value to 0 but it doesn't work. Please help me! Thanks!

Hello guys! I'm just downloaded and played this mod today, and I was trying to cancel the recruitment restriction by editing the value of total cap in db packfile, I set aii value to 0 but it doesn't work. Please help me! Thanks!

I edited the total cap value in db and MM Zor packfile, all set to 0, but it's still limited in game, and there is a quote for limited units to highlight they are been limited, I,ve never seen this in vanilla or darthmod before.
