Yes I've played most of my long campaigns on a 64-bit Win10 cpu (8 thread) with very few problems. Make sure that your graphic settings are adjusted for your particular cpu & gpu hardware. The NTW3 mod is 11 years old and can be a real resource hog with the older software rendering graphics. This is turn 76 (late October 1808) my campaign as the Kingdom Of Italy supporting Napoleon with his invasion of Russia. Perhaps the outcome will be different this time

I'm not sure Have not had much feedback on Win 11 except from my PC tech who says that it's just another crappy upgrade from MS to get more money out of us
