    Default HCS units balanced stats submod

    I have see that Thracians, Persians,etc... are nerfed, so I have edit the export_descr_unit file to make this beautiful mod more balanced.

    Hope you'll like it.

    Don't forget that I use 0.99 version with SigniferOne's animations
