Hello, it is 10 years since I made music mods for Empire, I was thinking of coming out of retirement to make one for the 10th Anniversary.
What music would you like to see in it? and I will see what can be done.

"No problem can withstand the assault of sustained Dufferism"
Era appropriate battle music! For when the cannons fire and the men are charging, bayonets fixed for the glory of the King!
alhoon is not a member of the infamous Hoons: a (fictional) nazi-sympathizer KKK clan. Of course, no Hoon would openly admit affiliation to the uninitiated.
"Angry Uncle Gordon" describes me well.

This.
Refined and opulent baroque music from composers like Charpentier, Lully, Handel for the campaign map - juxtaposed with aggressive and pounding Prussian and British drums for the battlefield.
Yes! Thank you for the initiative, Brigadier Graham Sir. I hope more old school gunpowder era modders come out of the woodwork for the 10th anniversary of Empire. Now is a good time to remind the public why ETW is so much fun.
Wonderful! thank you for your excellent taste and suggestion gents....I will see what can be done.

Maybe something Classical like Mozart or Haydn too?
Btw. I don't know if you are aware of this website, musopen has a lot of Baroque and Classical music under cc-license. Oh and I almost forgot, great that you retired from your retirement
Maybe some music from a great king?

Maybe remake your Battle Marching Music Mod, I do miss the bagpipes during a battle.

- Maybe some French Gavottes? Pilpazig recorded some nice tunes.
- While not exactly period music, Jordi Savall would be pretty thematic, for instance Lachrimae Caravaggio.
- Vivaldi in general goes pretty easy on the ear... A nice one here. Bach's St Matthew Passion is always good, Erbarme Dich is a must.
- For Eastern/East-European music, Cicha & Pałyga have a very cool album of folk Tartar songs, again, not sure if pertinent to the period... but sounds pretty thematic.
