Mod to make units move in super slow motion?

I know that there is a slow motion toggle in the vanilla game, but the units still move much too fast for me. I want to be able to reduce the unit battle map movement speed by up to 80 or 90 percent, just like I am able to do with the slider in Medieval 2. I wonder if anyone knows of a mod that allows for super slow motion?

not sure if there is some db stuff for that (I doubt it honestly) but should be hardcoded in the dll
don't really think you can do anyting without messing with the dll itself

I have started testing all of the battle mods to see if any slow unit battle movement speed to any noticeable degree. It appears that a few may slow the unit movement speed a tiny bit. So far, it looks like Wars of the Gods may slow the unit movement speed the most. Admittedly, it's not by very much at all, but apparently there is not much that can be done somehow given the limitation of the engine.

you mean changing unit stats, kam will surely know
maybe something like unit_ground_type_movement_modifiers_tables

You can just open battle_entities and apply formula for unit walking and running speed to be like 0.9

Keep in mind game is unplayable with such low walking speed. Units are already very slow in DeI.

I am not sure what you want to achieve here, such slow unit walking makes battles last dozens of minutes before lines even clash. I would assume simply pausing is much better and easier thing to do.

Thanks Jake and Kam. I looked into changing the stats in battle_entities, but it is a bit beyond my capability at the moment.

I have done further testing though, and it appears that Wars of the Gods does indeed slow the mounted units running speed by at least 50 percent or so over vanilla, which is actually quite a lot, so I will give that a try. I would imagine anything more and things might get too out of balance with this engine, design, etc. But slightly more than 50 percent slower movement speed is considerably slower than I had thought would see, so I think I will have to be satisfied with that.
