how can i put new portraits?

hi,lads.does anyone know how to put new portraits in the game,and change the currently ones in the starting family members?

i want to paste the portraits of rtw to m2tw.any help?

You need to add them via a mod - make sure that they have the same size and file format and paste them. After you unzip all the files - drop a search and find out were they are located in MTW2 then paste your older ones there.

Read the readme?

If you double click unpack_all in Medieval 2 Total War\tools\unpacker it unsuprisingly unpacks everything. The readme will also tell you how to use modded files.
