Default Maximum morale of a unit

    Guys,
afaik, the maximum morale value that can be given in the EDU is 18.
However, do we know how much morale a unit can actually have in a battle?
Namely, the general gives additional morale: the TroopMorale and Chivalry from his traits is added to all the units (as long as he is living / on the battlefield, or it's applied once, before the battle?), the Command attribute is added to the units within his command range (so I think it's changing on the battlefield), and the enemy's general Dread is subtracted (before the battle? only if that general is on the battlefield?)
So can morale actually get to, say, 30 ? (we don't see it, but how it's in the engine?)
    cheers

There are units in DaC that have a morale stat of 26-28 like the Dwarves. So 18 is definately not the highest morale stat that can be given to a unit.

Yeah but giving a unit some value in the EDU is something ... How the game counts it is another ! You can give 20 hit points in the EDU to a unit, the game will lower it to its hardcoded limit of 15 ...

okay, I am very interested in this, as I know many mods who use larger values. Are they using useless values?
