What's the point of doing it in Belgium when it counts almost nothing in total population? Why don't you instead advocate stopping aiding the poor, no more food or medicine, and stop all the peace missions? There wouldn't be a problem if half of us die at birth, a third kill each other before 20 and the rest die of some horrible disease at 50 instead 80. You can even save the pension and medical insurance!

Bottom line is we don't need to do anything. It will come, most humans will perish, then with severely decreased population the planet will be fine again. It's the same way with overpopulated wild animals.

I think the OP is just trying to be proactive along the same lines. Get enough people to fast for long enough, and the population could plummet even sooner.
