how do i upgrade my cpu? should i buy a whole new unit? or just replace those cores? im not really a tech savvy though.

It would be awesome to do that but cpu's aren't modular and if they were they will be bad

You just need to get a new cpu.

Ok i get it. But one thing's bothering me... Is it possible for me to install an Intel CPU on a different type of motherboard. let's say - EMAXX A320...?

No, only CPU's with the AM4 chipset, which is AMD CPU's from the Ryzen series and further can fit in that one

When you're ready for a purchase. Just let us know and we'll figure this out together as it'll probably be better to make a complete upgrade

for now, i got no idea on what cpu would be best for rome 2. but im thinking of any cpu that can reduce or remove stuttering/lagging. yeah, ill just let you know guys if i'm about to buy a new cpu, but not for now yet, v-day's coming and i gonna have to buy a surprise gift for my girl. see you again in the forums.
P.S. that surprise gift is also my way of convincing her to let me buy a new cpu..
