attritition and state transfer

I just bought ToB, I need to transfer an estate but really can't figure out how, I on the estates tab I tried dragging the estate, the crown to the nobleman and vice versa. I'm also at a loss on how to regain supply, supplies go down even in my own provinces, even when my army is inside a settlement

In regards to the estates, you click on the character portrait first and then click on the estate you want to give him. Make sure to read the tooltip that comes up when you mouse over the estate. Itll tell you what the effects of handling it over are going to be. Some of these are really important, like food changes.

In regard to supplies, if you mouse over the supplies bar, you can see a breakdown of what's affecting it. The usual culprit is a food shortage.
