The Velaryon fleet, with the Valesmen, sail to Cracklaw Point. Like 5 hexes, 6 hours.

    House Tully of Branstone

Unbeknownst to his Lord brother in Riverrun, Lord Kirth Tully leaves with his children and wife, along with his men the safety of Branstone and marches to Cracklaw Point in order to meet with Rhaenyra's army.

    Arrival: 12 hours mustering time
12.6 hours traveling on the River Road to the outskirts of Darry
19.2 hours traveling at the Bay of Crab's shore towards Dyre Den

= 43.8 hours time until arriving at Cracklaw Point

The Black dragonriders rendezvous with the army of the Vale in the Cracklaw. They march to the (presumably friendly) Duskendale, where the rest of the black army will reconvene.

Unsure of where Rhaenyra is located, Aegon commands four groups of scouts to ride in four directions.

250 light cavalry to Ivy Inn, on the border of the Riverlands and the Crownlands.
250 light cavalry to Bronzegate, on the border of the Stormlands and the Crownlands.
250 light cavalry to Bywater, which is along the southern coast of the Blackwater Bay.
250 light cavalry to Duskendale, which is along the northern coast of the Blackwater Bay.

    If no resistance is met:

250 light cavalry at Ivy Inn will continue to Harrenhal.
250 light cavalry at Bronzegate will return to King's Landing.
250 light cavalry at Bywater will continue to Stonedance.
250 light cavalry at Duskendale will continue to Rook's Rest.

call for mustering the Lords of the Riverlands for the Greens, one by Lord Eldric Tully (+2 Charisma, additional +2 Charisma due to Empathic, if it matters on a handwritten letter), the Lord Paramount himself,
and Lord Kirth Tully, Lord of Branstone and twin brother of Lord Tully (no charisma modifier, -1 due to Bloodthirsty temperament, should it matter), trying to rally the Riverlands for the cause of the Blacks.

It should be noted that Kirth's letter was written first, before Lord Tully wrote a response - also in case if it matters.

Ivy inn scouts find no presence of enemy troops.
Bronzegate and Bywater also find nothing
Scouts return with word that an enemy force is massing at Duskendale, perhaps thirty to forty thousand strong.
Harrenhal scouts report nothing of note.
Rook's rest scouts discover no enemy presence.

    ---

Stark sends word that to his bannermen. They are to muster at Winterfell in the immediacy and prepare for the march south in aid of the Queen Rhaenyra.

Leaving an army of 22,000 men behind to guard King's Landing, under the command of Lord Ormund Hightower, with Ser Ronnet Reyne, Aegon moves his dragons and the remainder of the royal army towards Duskendale.

ETA: 5.4 hours (3 regular tiles)

Due to the timestamp, the army arrives immediately but the Black's Army has already moved north.

    House Tully of Branstone

Although I assume, Lord Kirth should have met Rhaenyra's army on the way, I'll nontheless do this movement from Dyre Den, since by now Tully is known as Rhaenyra's supporter and probably had heard at Dyre Den that her army has marched west. Just as a safety measure.

Arrival: 14.4 hours time until arriving at Maidenpool
