Posible Solution for Catapult/Artillery-loving AI-Prob
It disabled catapults for citys in descr_buildings. Voila, up to now (1200, playing turks, having survived two crusades) only very few catapults inAI-armys. AI seems to build most of its units in citys, and most of it's catapults come from there. In Castles, it seems to concentrate on infantry, not artillery.

Indeed, arty should not be produced in cities but only in castles

Good idea--maybe then artillery buildings and artillery itself can be cheapened so that it is easier to build and AI won't spam it. Also, artillery caused alot of the $$ problems where AI would buy 10 catapults and go bankrupt (then add money addition code and now there's 20 catapults and building.)
So Ramm, look into this eh?

Carefull. We would first need someone to thest this in a european campaign, playing until ca.1200.
Any volunteers?
