Question - Advice on adding a Bow to a Melee unit.

I've recently begun to learn how to use MilkShape3D and the M2TW Modeler's Toolbox, in order to change a unit in TATWaC from a Spear/Shield model to a Bow/Spear one. I keep managing to merge and editting the models to create this new unit, but each time I try to convert it back from .MS3D to .MESH I recieve a general warning telling me conversion has failed.

Would anybody be able to tell me where I've screwed up? Thanks for taking your time to read this

I had a bad expirience with Modeler's Toolbox. But if you ask for advise how to make animated string bow models here is a tutorial.
