cas scripts for milkshape and Blender

So with the changes to licensing for 3ds max, I'm sur emany of you are wondering if there are any alternatives. As it happens, there are for Milkshape (however imperfect), in the form of the GOAT and GOAL tools.

However, no one seems to have made a script for blender.

Has anyone attempted to make a scriipt for cas files in blender? That would be most useful.

What exactly are the GOAT and GOAL tool you mentioned? I can't open the cas files with milkshape and can't find a proper plug in.
