To appear at the Aral sea area it would be more like turn 390 at 4tpy

Still, it would be much better to use for a faction already present in the campaign map from start

Yes. We can't afford a Mongol like faction, they're unplayable.

Wether you agree with it as a faction or not it is still an event that happened in History and is omitted from EB 2 and it was a major event leading to the migration of the Saka and the destruction of the Baktrian kingdom

Oh man wouldn't I know that. I tried out the Crimean Greek fellows, forget their name, and had the majority of my cavalry with the not-very-loyal but decent cavalry commander guy and rebels actually bought him off right outside their gates when they were being sieged. That ended that campaign in three turns.

Let's get a faction, yeah! Simplify Gaul, and add Iberians and Illyrians!

Crow states: "If you would be a great leader, then learn the way of the Tao. Relinquish the need to control. Let go of plans and of concepts. The world will govern itself. The more restrictive you are, the less virtuous people will be. The more force you display, the less secure they will feel. The more subsidies you provide, the less self-reliant they become. Therefore the master says: Un-write the law, thus the people become honest. Dispense with economics, thus the people become prosperous. Do without religion, thus the people become serene. Let go all desire for the common good, and the good becomes as common as the grass." ~ Lao Tzu - Tao te tching
