So you have the source that he got a warning?

Is English your second language? "He would have been ticketed or given a warning" isn't a claim. You are so bad this.

Yes it is! At least I have that excuse.
So you do realize that you can't just drive around in a semi-destroyed car, right? Especially in area that is literally full of cops?

A 1st degree charge is debatable though, people often do not react well in fight or flee chaos. Did the ANTIFA mob attack his car? Of course they did, that's what violent groups do in violent situations. Hell, one of my best friends was there, he saw the whole event unfold. That's exactly what happened. I know 5 people that were there just off the top my head.
If a bunch of Antifas attacked the car, if the victim was part of this Antifa-fascist attempt at lynching the driver, how can you say the driver should be charged of murder? If you are right, and I think you are, he had to be charged of "Self-Defense", but self-defense is not a crime.

See the matter in this way: a red-fascist mob of bastards (the supposed victim was one of them) is trying to linch you; closed in the cockpit of your car, you hear the the fists and kicks against the sheet metal of the car, booming in the cockpit in which you're enclosed; you can see their faces, you can hear them screaming "kill the Fascist!" "Kill the Nazi!" .. this people want to kill you! what do you do? You've no weapons, they fascists killers and they are many, they are all around you, you are alone, and you can't move to try to escape to save yourself .. your only weapon is the car, the car in which you're imprisoned .. I ask again: what would you do?

This is a political trial, in which the jury is just finishing the job started by the horrid red-fascist mob.

Wtf, are you sure it didn't go that way?

It was just a political trial, in which the jury finished the job started by the horrid red-fascist mob (red-fascist mob of which the supposed victim was active part), no one in the jury would have voted in favour of the defendant, because the climate deliberately creted by mainstream media would have condemned also him as a new neo-nazi killer of the poor socialist martyr. This was not a trial, it was just a lynching, very useful for Democrats politicians, but indecorous for American nation.

More than Ms. Heyer, fake socialist heroin and fake victim, the real victims have been: truth, justice, democracy and common sense.
The real perpetrators? Search them among Virginian top authorities.

You really have no god damn clue how Virginia's criminal justice system works. Like...shamefully so.
One thing is for certain: the more profoundly baffled you have been in your life, the more open your mind becomes to new ideas.
