Default How to resolve error 0x80004005?

Hey, I just a have a tiny bit of a problem using Windows. The Windows Batch files don't get installed from the .exe, nor from the 2.6 zipRS2_ALEXRS2_BIRS2_RTWWhen I tried to add it from 2.6 zip, it showed me an error that simply says "error 0x80004005: Unspecified Error". Can anyone tell me what to do regarding this error?

You probably have a virus or an anti-virus is preventing from using the ,exe. You need to allow full access from the AV software to use the .exe. If it doesn't work, uninstall your AV maybe.

I'm not using any kind of Antivirus. It's just Windows Defender in my PC.

    Hey,

I disabled Windows Defender from both the places i.e. in-app and from Registry too. But still, the issue is there. I'm really fed up from this.

Hi, the following error could be due to following reasons -

    • Issues in Device Driver: A driver issue may be preventing the update of Windows.
    • Issues in Windows Update: this may happen sometimes
    • Windows files are corrupted: the opencl.dll has been causing this issue frequently.

You can try the following link to fix 0x80004005.

Do let me know if this works.
