problem with custom faction in factions table

i am trying to make my own faction using the assembly kit but when i use the name Cerberus in the factions table i get a small icon appearing on the left of it and when i click apply i get a error, i think somebody said for custom names you need to add them to factions locale or something? where is that in assembly kit?

You need to "approve" certain entries, like faction name, adjective etc (they have an exclamation mark on the top right of the box), select that box and click the first icon (from the left) of these 3
