Changing Battlefield banners properly.

Afternoon, VERY new to this so bear with me!

What causes this? And how do I fix it?

I've been tinkering with the banners for a few minutes now and just threw this together, can anyone give me a hand fixing it, as it ripples in the wind it reverts to its old model and then back.

As I said, very new to this, step by step would be incredibly appreciated.

Can you upload the textures used for the flag?
Normal maps too.

I sure can! They are TEXTURE files, it wont let me attach them here but my dropbox has copies.

Hopefully that works. I can only see the old banner from a certain angle, left side on, it's the new one, right side on I can see the old one underneath.

I am guessing you want to replace the Milan faction with the Pizza faction.

Your problem is happening because the transparency map does not correspond to the diffuse map.
For the change you want to make the transparency map (the black and white one) seems correct to me, as all the banners show the Pizzan symbols.

The diffuse map (colored one) on the other hand still has many Milanese symbols.
You need to swap all the Milanese symbols with Republic of Pizza symbols in the diffuse map.

I was actually going the other way, from Pizza to Milan again. For some reason, the Trans textures kept resetting themselves or just weren't saving correctly. I made a new one from scratch and that seems to have fixed the issue.
