Basic Rules:
-You are not allowed to expand outside the red line, you can fight and conquer there but must give up regions immediately and only occupy

Originally in the old HS, regions were left to rebel and my intent here was for that - though that was probably a rule violation at the time and the rules are clear. If you end your turn with land under your control, you're in clear violation of the rules. If you were confused by the text by the border map, I'm sorry for the confusion.

Well, I just strictly followed what is explicitly written down in the rules. I took Cologne by only occupying it, then l left it same turn. I have to admit that I cant see where my mistake is.

I highlighted your violation, you must immediately give them up. You've garrisoned or abandoned it and the admin have ruled on it being insufficient to just "abandon" it. You're free to object but please don't hold up the hotseat. Gift it to some AI faction immediately. Have you sent him a PM? I fear you risk getting skipped/subbed.

Aside the rule clearly saying you have to give it up, not abandon it - furthermore immediately.
You're otherwise gaining income from the settlement which is illegal, you can't hold land outside the border.

Sorry but I cant find the word you highlighted in the actaul rules thus I have no intention to replay. As I already said I gave up/abandoned the settlement same turn I took it which actually means immediately and on the fact it is still in my possession you can thank to game mechanics.Though I suppose that by the end of the turn it should be taken back by the HRE so I'll gain no additional money from it. I could easely replay the turn but I dont like the fact you make things seem clear though things are far from clear. If you are not satisfied with this, you guys feel free to replace me.
