Rome 2/DEI drivers out of date

Hi all,

I'm aware that this has probably been done to death and i have searched numerous forums for answers but i cant find anything so here goes.

Been playing DEI up until probably a week ago, went to load it up and the Launcher tells me my drivers may be out of date, had this before so did the usual and to be absolutely sure..

1. I have Rome running Patch 19
2. DEI patch 20 both parts, downloaded from moddb
3. My enitre PC/drivers are as far as im aware are up to date, NVIDIA etc etc
4. Checked the boxes and enabled out of date mods box etc

So I'm a bit perplexed with why I keep getting the message still, I cant seem to ignore it as when I load it up it crashes at the white RTW2 screen.

Any help would be great spent a couple nights trying to figure this out. I can send a dxdiag if needs be (never sent one before if someone could give us a heads up on how to)
