Can agents no longer convert other agents?

Level them up to have manipulation/coerce but whenever go to another agent all i can do is steal from them?

Many of those abilities were changed or removed in the last game update. A few of them we chose not to include like dignitaries being able to bribe generals.

Yeah i remember though you could game the system and gain extra spies/dignitaries by converting them with your own spy if you were at your imp limit, guessing that's all gone now then?

Just to be sure, you cannot convert generals but agents can be converted? Whitch agents can convert?

Spies can still convert agents as long as you aren't already at your cap for that type of agent...if I understand it correctly.
