    The dreadful unit voice acting

    How do I disable it?

    Mute voice.
    Speech
    You will still have voice acting on campaign map.

    I wish it were possible to only delete that guy that goes "where are the foes worthy to meet me". I think it's that Will dude from the old rally points episodes. A decent bloke by most accounts but not believable as a grizzled legionary in my evocata cohorts

    I really hate - Your General line. Killing your general is best way to shut him up. I like pre-battle speeches. But nothing matches M2TW Sssssnake

    My god that was game. Green, Blue, and Red Romans. I can still remember first fight. Tutorial one. I was so happy that I could run that game. Bought new PC to have smooth experience
    I liked Clone Green Army. Could defeat elephants with so much experience on them (temple of Mars).
    Had really nice family tree. Did not miss single bad trait and could not get good one .

    The advisers and battle cries were better in Rome 1, but everything else was very corny. As usual, the community came up with the ideal with those classical Greek/Latin and other native language mods. Really made the game for me.

    It's just too bad we can't record our own voice lines for units like the E B team did.

    No because files are setup in a weird way. Basically, they do not have names that make sense, so to track them, you need to go through every line of code and test each of them to see what they actually are.

    So basically all we need is a modder with the patience to actually do that and bam were good.

    Yes but I doubt someone will try to actually do that due to how time consuming it would be as you need to check few thousend lines of numbers that do not have any logic behind them. Plus I think there is an issue with working on music files as page where CA had provided the tools is gone.

    Finally it is fixed I remember not so long ago I had a bit time so I wanted to mod some music into the game but page was not working.
