Default How do you convert .DAE (Collada) files back to .rigid_model_v2?

When modding 3d files, I use RMV2Converter to change files from the .rigid_model_v2 to .DAE (Collada) file format readable in Blender. After editing, how do I convert a .DAE file back to .rigid_model_v2? RMV2Converter only works one way.

Also, could you advice on aligning a model to fit a texture:

Export it to .3ds, open it in 3ds max, and export it using this: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...-export-plugin
