Rise of the Republic does not appear on my campaign list?

Hi team,
I have the Rise of the Republic campaign and it is apparently "installed" on my system yet when I open Rome 2 I have no option to see the campaign anywhere.
Only the campaign's I have and have not purchased (Caesar in Gaul being the only one I have not).

Am I doing something wrong here? I updated to patch_19.
I have been on 17 for ages because I am generally just playing the Hellenika mod for Wrath of Sparta.
Am I missing a campaign patch or am I supposed to "opt out" of all betas?

I have already tried verifying files in Steam and still no luck.

thats normal the new DLC is patch 20

hmmm I only have the option to go up to Patch 19?!
