Downloaded Mods Locations?

usually when I download a mod someone has created from Steam I can go into the game's installtion folder (\steamapps\common\Total War Saga Thrones of Britannia\data) and view the details of the change and adjust it to suit my private own needs.

For some reason, I am no longer able to find the mods in this location, anyone else finding that the location seems to have changed? Anyone know where I can find these files?

Sometimes STEAM deletes packs automatically.

Hmm weird, since the mods are still being applied to my game (some are at least), but the physical file is gone.

Does re-subscribing help fix this?

yrah probably. You could also search them, like regular files or folders.
