list of roman bulidings per tiers with pro/con

I know that there is no buliding planner and I was wondering if there was a spcific list of Roman buidlings for each tiers, with pros/cons for each one at each tiers?
I would be particularly interested on the followings: The thing is, the encyclopedia gives the vanilla version of the buildings (for what I saw)....
Glass smelter (not city)
fishing boats
Salt mine
Vineyards
Olive oil
Industrialized farms
Iron mines
Armor making building (don't know the name)
Weapons making building (don't know the name)
