Since I couldn't find the old mod anywhere, I made this little mod myself. It completely eliminates dust caused by infantry walking, running or melée charging. It reduces considerably (from 0.15/0.30 to 0.05) the dust caused by cavalry walking, running or charging (elephants too). Dust caused by artillery walking, running has been left unchanged, since it is such minor impact. (You will notice that disbanded artillery soldiers cause dust when running away)
It is in mod format: you need to place it in your Napoleon data folder, and activate it through mod manager or via user script, or via both (I have it both) typing: mod "NoDust.pack"; for the user script.
Should work with anything, really. I am no modder but I thought this was so easy I could do it and it should work. And it did. And here it is, if you need it.
