White British is 87% of the population as of 2011, this does not includes other European Whites. This gives Whites as a whole an underrepresentation in the statistics. You'll find Asians are overrepresented at 9% of rapes for 7.5% of the population and blacks also overrepresented at 7% of rapes while being 3% of the population.

The 2012 social attitudes survey actually places Christians in the minority at 46% of the population with non-religious at 48%. Under the same logic you've employed attributing the majority population to rape, I could argue that non-religious people are prone to rape given they're the largest religious group.

Worth noting link three restates the same claim I've made of the COEP study 2013 that Asians are 75% of grooming gang members while being 7.5% of the population.

Of course we're talking about child sex offences specifically in the context of this thread, the topic that Tommy has been put away for during media coverage of a trial. As such, if we look at the child sex figures it's a 10 times overrepresentation for Asians. 10 times.
    Let's visualise this:

    Here's the population:
    .

And here's the rapes committed by said population:
    ..........

This is why people have an issue with predominantly muslim migration from counties like Pakistan. People oppose child rape and want something done. If every party except "the FAR right" does nothing about the problem and says nothing about the problem, good men are forced to join with people who will do something about it politically. I will not stand for child rape being glossed over, I will not bring up children in a world where they could be raped and then blamed because it's easier to claim "muh racism". This is why I'm a member of UKIP and why I will likely be "right-wing" basically forever even though I've been "left wing" my entire life. It's not about xenophobia or hatred, it's about protection and the powers that be who could stop it, couldn't give a damn because it's just the proles being abused. Well I'm a prole and I won't have it. If you can understand this chain of thought, you'll understand why the "FAR right" gains ground. Basic essential standards for our society have been done away with for the sake of "muh feels" and avoiding uncomfortable topics, the end result is the same; that any pain avoided in the short term will hit back harder in the long term.
As I have said before and you have failed to provide statistics covering the other muslim populations of the UK, Albanians, Arabs, Africans etc, the issue is NOT islam, the issue is Pakistani/Indian cultural attitudes towards women. Those two nations are horrific in their attitudes and treatment towards women and the way they have created the cultural concept of second-class women that can be treated however men wish. This attitude has been imported into the UK and needs to be dealt with.

This is the argument I'm making, pandering to the far right and trying to turn this into "if you are muslim you are a rapist" leads to the fanatical insanity of the likes of Dr legend who seems to truly believe that being muslim makes you "evil".

I'd like to see the debate focus on where it needs to be communities of Pakistani origin, regardless of religion. THIS is the bloody issue and by trning it into some stupid far right- far left cold war just means the whole mess becomes too political to deal with properly and does no justice to the victims.

This is where the real issue is, these demagogues don't give a about the victims, they are just political currency in the anti-muslim crusade. I kbow these areas of the north well because I grew up there, I was born at the QE, I cheered big fat Joe's barmy army at Boundary park, I remember how the cobbled streets felt under foot and I was chased a few times through the market for nicking fruit. I live in Oxfordshire now but my heart was left somewhere between Tommyfield and St Mary's.

Thing is I also saw the shadier parts growing up, I saw these kids on the streets and I know how forgotten they are and for how long. My Grandfather saw them as a blight, it was the accepted view and still is. A lower class of troublesome and worthless boys and girls, whores, drunks, druggies and criminals.
The pakistani gangs exploited them, yes but they where not the only ones and not the first to do so. For decades the have been the ignored underbelly of the north, police write them off, social services ignore them and the criminal elements use and abuse them.

Suddenly, when islam is on the political agenda we now care about these poor kids? Please, spare me.

I am FROM Oldham, my family have been a part of the Town's community for centuries, they even named a bloody street after my family (Scoltock Way). I understand the issues and the undercurrents of fear and distrust on both sides. Yes the Pakistanis formed their own communities, but what people don't mention is WHY they formed these communities.

They don't tell you about the racism of the 50's and 60's, where these communities where unable to mix, homes being burned down, pakistani and black people beaten by gangs if they where found in "white" communities. They don't mention the hindhu-muslim riots and violence that further isolated these communities when Pakitsan and India partitioned.

Generations of pakistani kids being told by their parents how their grandmothers where beaten in the street and their sari's ripped off. Generations of white kids being told by their parents how their grandparents had their "jobs stolen by ".

My Grandfather was a well respected and fair magistrate, my father an alcoholic racist who blamed everything on the blacks and . I've seen both sides of this argument. The rape gangs and exploitation of the north's abandoned and dispossessed is not about race or religion unless it suits an agenda. These wounds and issues run deep and it's a ing joke to see it suddenly come to the fore, see people suddenly care.

As I have posted in reply to you numerous times, the police in the UK do not record the religion of an offender. This makes it impossible for me to provide government statistics on the rates of offence by religion AND ethnic group which you seem to require. This is typical though, the burden of proof we are required to provide to you is a bar far above what is even realistically feasible. Meanwhile your burden of proof is to provide platitudes over and over about how we're just targetting Islam. We supply figures showing that Asian men, typically Pakistani Muslims are involved at a vastly higher rate of child rape. Your job appears to be to get the phrase "Pakistani Muslims" and rephrase it to "Pakistani". I don't think you're sincere in your intentions because you're willfully trying to ignore the Islamic element in this. Part of the Pakistani culture involved here is an attitude of "have your fun with white women and then find yourself a nice muslim girl". There's certainly an element of Pakistani culture but your attitude of ignoring religion has one major flaw:
If the girls were muslims, they wouldn't have been raped. The ingroup preference of Islam is a major component of the grooming gangs and also a major reason why people in the Pakistani muslim community who knew of the crimes did not report them.

This seems like a quite sick way of justification used, that "well girls have always been abused but how dare you drag Islam into this?!". I can make no further comment.

"Muh racism" even if legitimate, is no excuse for committing rape on children. I don't care how badly you've been abused, raping children is never acceptable ever. I don't know why you try to justify rape.

Do you have some stats on the involvement of Indian Hindus or Sikhs involvement in grooming gangs?

The irony of the situation is that the Romanian police offered on several occasions to train their British counterparts on how to catch these criminals and Britain rejected because of salary issues and "diversity" regulations.

Criminals don't go to Britain because of the weather, they go to Britain because the police is underfunded, under-trained and tied down by minority protection regulations.

1000 victims? Lol. Since 1991 millions of women from east Europe have being trafficked to west Europe for prostitution. But i guess you will say "this is irrelevant and i dont want to speak about that. I want to speak specifically for muslim gangs to prove my point how bad muslims are"

The thread has been completely derailed a long time ago. Obviously the discussion has run its course and desperately needs a nap. If you want to debate over the issue of sexual assaults and gang violence in the United Kingdom or elsewhere, feel free to open a new thread in the Academy, supported by an appropriately elaborate opening post. Closed indefinitely.
