WH2 battle crash - with DirectX 12

Hello TW fans,

WH2 crashes to Desktop, without warning, in DX12 mode when playing battles for some minutes (on campaign map it's fine). With DX11 i have no problems whatsoever.

Win10-64Bit
I7-5930K
32Gb DDR4
AMD Fury X

I will attach the gfx.log.

I want DX12 because of the sweet fps you're supposed to get with AMD cards.

Any fix for it ?
