What you want to learn is not automatic, it is not quick to achieve.
There are actually college programs where people go to, to learn this kind of stuff.
If, however, you only want to learn what is relevant for this game, follow the steps below.
Download this:
Be a modder-Doctoring of Medieval 2 Units.7z
Unzip it and read the pdf file.
Try to duplicate the tutorial in the pdf.
Then go to Collection of tutorials: "Learn-on-the-job", AKA "Holding a noob's hand" and read the tutorials there.
By that time you will have learned enough to try other modifications on models and you will have a reference of instructions on how to do it.
If you still have questions, post them here and there will be people who will come to your aid.
If you feel that your English is not good enough for you to accurately communicate your questions, then I must say you need to learn English more than you need to learn CGI..

Thank you very much, but i dont want to create the new model, textures just want to swap how unit looks with another already made model.

The answer is all the same.
I mean, if you go to a driving instructor and ask him to teach you how to park a car but not how to drive it, what do you think he would say?
