Okay, so here is the situation in this hotseat:

Independent?
Stark - occupied
Greyjoy - vacant
Arryn - vacant
Stannis - occupied

Crown
Lannister - occupied
Frey - occupied

The South
Renly - vacant
Tyrell - occupied, but player not playing turns. Vacant?

Only four out of eight spots are reliably occupied, the two Crown factions and two independent factions. The Southern alliance seems to be completely vacant now. The hotseat cannot continue on like this. I see a few options:

1. Recruit new members - that means the current members go out and actively recruit. If we filled two of the vacant factions, the admins could sub the other two. But four is too many.

2. End the hotseat, declaring Lannister the winner. Lannister seems to be doing the best amongst the active participants.

3. Restructure the hotseat. My proposal for this is as follows:
a. Eliminate Renly and Tyrell
b. Assign Frey to Lannister, or eliminate Frey
c. Assign Greyjoy and Arryn to Stark/Stannis, or have them be independent factions (depending on who wishes to continue playing in the hotseat)
d. There would have to be some adjustments to the game, for example all the Lannister armies in the south currently could be moved further north. But I feel those details could be ironed out in a way that satisfies everyone.

I’d like to end this hs, i’ve done my fair share of fighting and i’m still kinda butthurt by the stannis betrayal by peaman XD
