So that's basically Milan's roster. There's a couple more pictures I need to add once I fix some visual issues. Also this is like the pinnacle in the Italian rosters and some of the visual changes seen here(like the new shields on the tier 2 spadaccini) have been implemented across the board.

Why is it that many of the tier 2 units (Arceri, Balestrieri, Picchieri etc.) are more well armored than their tier 3 counterparts? The tier 2 units wear brigandines almost exclusively and many have plate armor on their arms, while the tier 3 versions wear much fewer brigandines and no plate on their arms.

It also seems a bit odd that some of the tier 1 Spadaccini have the Imperial eagle on their shields, considering that Milan was a Guelph stronghold.

Great preview and superb units! But a few points:

    - What is the difference between the Familia Ducale and the Bodyguard units? i would have thought that the Familia Ducale was the bodyguard
    - I thought that the traditional colours of Milan were red and white but there seems to be an abundance of yellow and blue
    - The communal units (or at least some of them) should have the heraldry of the Sestieri (six neighbourhoods) of Milan. You can find all the sestieri heraldry here (this applies to other italian factions too, Venice had sestieri, Florence had sestieri, Naples had sedile) https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sestiere_(Milano)
    - The signori seem to have just generic heraldry which is fine but for more accuracy I would suggest adding the heraldry of famous Milanese families such as de la Torre, Pallavacini etc. In fact during most of the 13th century the de la Torre family were lords of Milan not the Visconti

    Here is a few suggestions

Units are beautiful! You should add more white and red and eliminate the imperial eagle in tier 1. Biscione (the snake) was the symbol of Visconti family, wich ruled from XIV century, so it shoul appear from tier 2. I don't understand the arcieri cap, I don't think it's right to use for ALL italian factions

    Hey there.

Very nice work, I'd just like to point out few things and suggestions about the various names: Arceri and Lanceri would be written as Arcieri and Lancieri. Also "Signori" just means "Sirs", I suggest so that instead of calling them Foot Signori which may sound a bit odd, you change it to "Cavalieri Appiedati" which means foot knights and that's how they were called in Medieval 2 Total War. Also Familia Ducale" would be written as "Famiglia Ducale", and might as well change "Ducal Guard" to "Guardia Ducale". I don't know much about the other units since I'm no historian and I'm not familiar with them, but most of those names I've never heard before in Italian.

Good luck and keep up the good work.

So going off the Campaign Map Master Thread, is Milan going to be a starting faction? Or like the thread says, will it be an emergent faction?
