Re: [HS] Battle for Rome II
I dont have the intention to immediatly quit of course, but I will not keep playing if stuff like that would continue, its happened to me multiple times now where players go badly and then just quit, so basicly ruining the HS on their own and im making that clear very early on. There is not a single way to justify how bad the move was from Parthia in my opinion.
Its nothing personal, but im not gonna waste my time like I've done in the past in an attempt to keep the HS going.

Re: [HS] Battle for Rome II
Frankly, I was just lazy, I assumed Anthony was pulling back to his larger cities in the middle of anatolia so I got sloppy and moved my cavalry army 2 squares ahead ok?

Re: [HS] Battle for Rome II
As I've been approached recently by the players of Parthia, Anthony and Egypt about the possibility of an alliance between them I'm going to make this post to clarify the situation and give my answer. In Battle for Rome I, Anthony did ally with Parthia and prevented an inevitable conflict between them for the time of the hotseat, however Anthony abandoned Egypt and let Parthia to attack it. Anthony cannot abandon Cleopatra in this hotseat so having both Egypt and Parthia together as allies it is far too much.
I decided to prevent such a scenario in this hotseat as Anthony allied with the entire east would not make a fair game for the rest of the players in this hotseat. Thus Parthia and Anthony are not allowed to ally and are going to have to fight each other in this hotseat. The hotseat can now continue.
