    Default Reduced Campaign Map Movement (Naval and Armies) for 12TPY (reduce to %40?)

    I love playing 12TPY but the thing is, i just can't stand the revised timeline it brings as everyone can still move around like it is still 4tpy and before even Attila was born, tons of Factions have already emerged successful and Rome was already blown to tiny bits. Please? Can anyone do this mod? So begging for this...

    I would like to kinda reduce the movement by 40%? Or whichever the modder perceives better? Just so as the movement will be prior to the 12TPY Timeline.
