Keep in mind that once you finish your turn, you always have to notify next player in turn order.
If you downloaded the mod a week or more ago, the save might not load, as the mod was upgraded. In such case, it should be enough if you download this tiny hotfix, and extract it into .../mods/The_Elder_Scrolls/data and overwrite. Everyone please try to load the save before you are up, so we avoid unnecessary delays.
I suggest you all reread rules, and make sure you understand all its part, so we avoid any rule breaks.
(but if you happen to break any unintentioanlly, its no the end of world ).
I would especially like to point out its forbidden to build watchtowers (but of course you can build them for scouting during reloading, but the save you post mustnt have them), as its tradionally being broken in every newblood HS... .
Also keep in mind most of map is out bounds, thus you cant enter Skyrim, Cyrodiil or Blackmarsh.
Tribes of Ashlanders faction is AI controlled.
Diplomacy is of course allowed, so feel free to make alliances. However, keep in mind there can be only one winner in the end of the HS. Either by defeating all other factions, or making them vassals.
Then, we will also have some small lore events.
Nerevarine, Dagoth Ur and The Tribunal (Dagoth Ur faction is controlled by an admin (me), and will be fighting you all in Vvardenfell (the big isle in the middle))
- In order for you to be able to be declared winner the hotseat, Dagoth Ur must be destroyed.
- Dagoth Ur can be slained only by Nerevarine, no other army. Nerevarine is controlled by Great House Dres (so this way all houses can participate) and starts close to Vivec City.
- if Ghostgate is held by an allied faction (to house Dres), Nerevarine can cross the Ghostfence without having to take Ghostgate (would be moved to the other side of the wall via admin console).
- For as long as Dagoth Ur lives, The Tribunal Temple must fight him.
- And for as long as Nerevarine lives, The Tribunal cant attack Great House Dres (until Dagoth Ur is defeated, then it will not matter anymore) and vice versa.
Later there might be also some smaller events, and much later there could be some sort of Red Year.

No, neither is Thorn. Check the map picture in the OP (the first post), it is shown there.
As for the guilds, you need to gather a certain amount of guid points in a settlement in order to be offered a guild. By building taverns, you get some points for both guilds (especially for assasins guild). By building all kinds of trade building you get points for Thieves Guild. Chivalrous or pious governors can however rob you of some points, while those of the opposite attributes can add you some points. You also of course get points by using the agents themselves. Every faction starts with one assassin and one spy.
