Perhaps in enemy territories the raiding stance could supply food, gold, and morale but because the troops are disorganized (hunting treasure) on the following turn your army should lose all its action points.

Rome, Carthage, the Seleucid Kingdom, Ptolemaic Kingdom and Macedon will each be playable, as well as one or a few Eastern factions of which Parthia is a likely candidate. The only major culture group that won't be playable initially is the barbarians, but we're going to give them the attention they deserve in due time.

I see there is a future prospect for Balkan factions. Do we have the chance to play as Thrace or Dacia? well, Odrysian, Apulii, etc. That would be ... the tits !
