Very good work. I particularly enjoy your screenshots of the German fighters. Which software package are they from?

Neither is this the dawn from the east, nor is a dragon flying above, nor are the gables of this hall aflame. Nay, mortal enemies approach in ready armour. Ravens are calling, wolves are howling, spear clashes and shield answers

Hey, just thought I'd let you know that some of the posts are empty, and that the ones you currently have up are great! Something about the rain and the dark and foreboding atmosphere.
Oh okay! May I suggest a little bit of formatting and putting them in the first post? Contentboxes really do help to make the place look neater and tidier. But anything's fine, really, it's the screenshots I'm looking forward to after all, and you've got some killer ones!
Thanks, I don't know how to format the content boxes, they're too complex for some reason - I will try!
I'll be making a new post here, as I think this might be a good start but we will see.
Okay saw all the deleted posts and yikes! Will come back to this at a later date.
I hate them myself, I've had some experience with content boxes that REFUSE to delete themselves! The nerve! But I find that if you use the same font for contentboxes as the words within then it shouldn't give you any problems.
Haha there's no rush to come back to this, there's plenty of good stuff in this subforum to keep me occupied Also just a suggestion - to put whatever you eventually decide to restore in the first post! People are lazy (like me) and would prefer not to scroll to the 2nd or 3rd page to see your lovely images.
I've had that problem too, it's very annoying.
The way I use to solve it is to select the button on the left hand side of the Quick Reply tool bar (the one which two letter As divided by a diagonal line.) That switches your post to source mode, which means that you see the BB code as well as the text.
What usually happens when a post includes multiple content boxes is that the BB code has become jumbled up (this can happen automatically, it doesn't mean that we're doing anything wrong). What seems to cause the problem is code which, instead of looking neat and tidy like this ...
[font=arial][b][i]demonstration text [/i][/b][/font]
... has become jumbled like this (often with extra, unecessary code) ...
[font=arial][font=arial][b][/font]demonstration text[i][/b][/i][/font]
Getting rid of the BB code until the problem goes away - or editing the code so that it's like the first example, not the second - works for me.
