Beside the first which is a MTW2 bug which corrupts savegame created during the execution of scripts the others aren't bugs but how the AD gameplay is.

I think you better read the readme file included with the mod because AD gameplay is very different from Vanilla.

I have installed your mod on a clean 1.1 installation, but its is kind of bugged
I have tried three different campaigns, but there kind of many ctds, in my latest game as englans am i stuck know, when I press next turn, will there always come an error while the ai calcuates its moves.. so was kind of wandering if anyoe else had seen this, and if so, where the fix where? have tried the fix, mentioned in post number 275 in this thread, but it didnt work.. can upload my english savegame if that could help you..

The earlier versions of this mod was great, so cant wait to really try the 0,92 beta veraion.

Ps. just tried a new game as Venice, but the germans dissapperead as a nation in the fourth turn or so, all their land just turned rebel..

    @ Munkpetersen:
maybe you'll try my fixed descr_campaign_ai_db.xml (#77 in the Anno Domini New Versions Announcements - Bug Fixes thread: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...t=77576&page=4). it seems to work... didn't have any CTDs since using it . plz tell me if it also works for you.

It works better now, but im still having some really weird campaigns when playing as venice, where the building screen frezzes and such weird things, have never experienced that bug before, so aint got no clue at all what causes it, or how to fix it.. but am starting a new campaign as Britain, so hopes it will work now

The same bug happens again when playing as Britain, so the fix didnt help me.

    @ Munkpetersen:

hm... have never experienced freezing screens yet (hardware prob, e.g. drivers or overclocked video card?).

but the CTDs appeard again, thats right. and it was always at the end of a round, whilst the lesser factions had the turn. just made some other changes in the rebel section... testing now...

I seem to have my path blocked when I try to move anywhere. Every single unit, nearly every single turn. If I'm not being "blocked" by a city, I'm being "blocked" by a diplomat. If it's not one thing it's the other. One time I was blocked by textiles. That's right, blocked by textiles. No way around.

Merchants traveling to a resource over multiple turns is like putting splinters under your fingernails. Seems much much worse than vanilla.

Also, playing as Venice, whenever you try to leave the city (Venice) with a unit, you are immediately blocked by Padua. Padua is owned by the HRE from the start, so you are bound to have terrible relations with them if you want to move from your city. If there was a bridge from Venice down into Italy, it would make things a little easier. I suppose you could travel by boat though, although that seems slightly unobvious.

**Edit: after playing a few rounds, the problem seems to have gone. I can now pass through units. For instance, a diplomat was standing on a bridge, but my army moved right through it. Before I couldn't even get past my own diplomat.

I did notice some other strange things though. For one, there was no pope for a few turns because all the existing Bishops/Cardinals died off from old age, and there were none to replace them. Also, I am seeing lots and lots of heretics, but they started appearing after there was a pope again (and I had 3-5 low piety priests made).

    hi all,

unfortunately i have to mention two other bugs.

    1. during some rounds you can't save - the button's greyed out, don't know y. in the next turn it functions properly.

    2. sometimes you aren't able to click on some objects like units or buttons. doubleclicking on a city and opening the city-scroll makes the buttons work again... :hm:

this didn't ever happen to my playing vanilla. nevertheless i can't stop playing this mod...

Yep, sometimes is needed, often when there are some other messages and the advisor lost "focus".

There's nothing I can do, it's a hardcoded problem (easy to solve though, just press twice).

    bugs:
    1.some saved games dont work
2.if i dont click on an event when it pops up then i cant select anything in the game(it sounds confusing), basically it freezes
    3.occassional ctd's
4.non-stop poping up of rebel nobles(too many to be normal)
5.extremely slow turns, they take me about 3 minutes each

    1) Known issue. Read this thread about corrupted saved game.
    2) You have to give an answer to the advisor before you can continue playing.
    3) Since they're occasional they're hard to trace and kill.
    4) Be nice and with good reputation. What normal is btw?
    5) It is stated everywhere that the turns are slower. This is my final thought on it http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showp...60&postcount=7

The release version is 0.93 and it requires you to install it upon a clean/newly installed MTW2 folder (patch 1.1 reccomended).

You have to start the mod double clicking on the "Launch_Anno_Domini" file on the main MTW2 folder.

Playing as the HRE on turn 5 one of my characters received the wounded trait however he has not been in a battle yet.

Is this a bug or something else?

    found a bug:
if you assassinate a rebel general (rebel Castillan noble, ect), the rest of the army just stands around. It doesn't move to attack any cities, doesn't try to set up ambushes or attack small stacks moving from one city to another.

additionally, some of the noble generals, if they are allowed to live long enough, start getting titles, like "Rebel Byzantine Aristocrat the Mad." I've also noticed that more charaters in general get insanity traits (a good third of my Jimenez-Borgona royal family).

also, really minor: the noble rebels in England are called "rebel England noble." They should be called "rebel English noble."
