Trade Ship Limit - How to edit.

What tool, file and location do I need to look at in order to edit the number of trade ships, for Denmark for example.

Pack file manager. You can edit the caps under the unit_table directory and total cap column for whatever pack file. I dont know where to edit for vanilla but for mods I edit the core file and DB units packs.
