Video of the Month (VOTM) Voting Specific Rules

1. See here for a complete listing of all the General Competition Rules and Regulations.
2. Refer to the title of the poll for the amount of votes allowed. If multiple votes are allowed, you MUST use all of your votes. If you use more or less than the required amount of votes, and don't contact the Competition Manager before the voting ends, your votes will not count.
3. Users may vote for their own submission.
4. Any use of alternate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in action taken against those who break these terms.
5. Advertising for the VOTM competition is allowed. Asking for votes in any way however is strictly prohibited and will result in action taken against those who violate these terms.

This is the first time in quite a while we've had 4 submissions, and the first time the "you have to vote for x amount of people" rule has come into effect for Video of the Month.
Should this rule be relaxed for the VOTM only, since it is a much harder competition and less regular? The reasoning behind the rule is basically to force you to not just vote for yourself, but other people as well so the content creators don't just all vote for themselves and in effect cancel each other out. Also I'll ask Flinn about increasing the rep reward for VOTM.
