    Are there going to be other play-throughs ? No shade to Jackie Fish, I like his videos, but I find myself getting annoyed at some of the decisions he makes lol.

    I suppose I'm probably just more used to the game mechanics than he is. I just get frustrated that he doesn't listen to any of the stuff I shout at my computer screen.

    I'll probably do a three one-hour videos or something like that when more of the bugs have been fixed and the mod properly represents the end product. Atm you might get the wrong impression of the mod if I made a video, and it could turn people off.

    The tiers themselves as you see them in game are purely a UI thing. It's just an irrelevant number set in a DB table with no impact on reforms.

    But to answer the question more directly, Polybian units do have their own upgrades prior to the typical Marian reforms. These involve minor equipment upgrades that I believe took place around this time.
