    If people really like this new partial answer system.. what if NPC lord’s militias = their levy size? So if you have a Lord with a levy of 7,500 he has an upward total of 7,500 in milita points to give when called upon. But keep the new 20% + d20x5%. So NPC lord’s aren’t totally worthless?

    7 players voted for it, so no-one likes the partial answer system. Trot is right, the discussion is moot the changes are reversed and the militia rolls are now what they used to.

    We can just scrap the modifiers Trot used but keep the old system of them sending everything or nothing, surely? Or maybe an option to send half?

    Just leave it as all or nothing - makes it less work heavy on everyone if you only need a roll to see if the Lord shows up or not.
