The Hand looked about him at the Tarly men going about their work; some were loading wagons with gold, which he presumed was Tyrell's treasury. He gave a deep frown.
"I think I shall hold court here, in the King's name, until order is restored to the Reach. We shall not forget your service, Lord Tarly. But is time to decide how the Reach is governed."
Jaehaerys spurred his horse onwards into the castle alongside his companions, the soldiers of the Crown following in a long, snaking column. Those Reachlords present would follow after that, with the Prince Jaehaerys leading the nobles into Highgarden's main hall and throne room.
