Request: Fix for 41 unit armies public order bonus

So I am using the 41 unit army mod and found an issue where garrisoning armies over 20 units seem to give public order bonuses instead of giving negative public order like the original mod does. For a full 41 unit army I found that you can get +33 public order bonus from the presence of your army. This makes it so that newly conquered regions public order shoots up.

So the mod I am requesting I guess is to fix this issue for 41 unit armies and to give a garrison penalty like the original mod intends to do.

Easiest way to do this would be to get the No PO garrison submod and add the values to the table in that from the main mod. Then increase them further.

Excuse me Dresten for bothering, but I couldn't find what gives the public order penalty for armies. I searched ''effect_bundles_to_effects_junctions'' but couldn't find it.. Sorry if being dumb but this is my first time trying to mod something in rome 2
