Please give me some tips for playing as the Kaledonoi.

Playing as them atm with difficulty level hard. Had to try a couple of times cause how difficulty it is. First, make a 2nd general, and siege the city close to you asap so that they can't make forces. They wont attack you if you siege them with only general fro example. When you get enough troops, take the city. Also, use money in the early game to get trade and non aggressions with irish and whoever will accept them. As soon as having 3-4 towns, I waited for the iceni to attack mainland europe. They are the biggest faction in britain, so just wait, they will attack europe pretty soon and taking their big city is easy when they leave. The nervii should take the iceni easily. After taking all cities in britain, stabilize the economy and get some public order and growth. Then you can plan who to attack with better quality forces in europe.
