Dragon Princes retexture and some questions

Hello I was wondering if anyone is interested in re-texturing Dragon Princes a bit so they are looking closer to default miniatures or concept art?

Mostly changing white armor areas to metallic color silver or steel , golden crests can be changed to be colored by faction color or remain same.

I was messing around with some textures with Sebidee's tutorial and had some ok-ish results but until someone makes batter if anyone wants to use them for mod you are free to.

Here are edited dragon princes textures for head, body , legs i think only difuse and specular are edited , also in golden helmet difuse, mask and specular are edited / helm doesn't change color by faction maybe it can be used for hero or lord.
Again these are intermediate level retextures , until someone makes better one.

I was trying out editing High Elf princess texture.
Difuse and normal kinda work but i cant seem to get hair right i color select pixels in alpha channel (hair strands) but after recolor they seem to have gray dots on them color.
I was wondering has anyone tried and made it work?
