[Submod] Detailed tooltips for battle/diplomacy (2.3)

FEATURES

This mod restores the granularity for combat situations, showing you full information on how tired the troops are, who is winning combat, etc. It is also modified to present the information in a more clear way that vanilla M2TW does.

The other aspect is, inspired by other mods such as Rusichi TW, it quantifies diplomatic relations therefore making it easier to track power, wealth and relationships.

INSTALLATION
----------------
- Unzip the compressed folder.
- Make a backup of your battle.txt, battle.txt.strings.bin, diplomacy.txt, diplomacy.txt.strings.bin, contained in mods\ebii\data\text
- Drop the data folder inside Medieval 2 Total War\mods\ebii
- Accept when asked to overwrite

UNINSTALL
---------------
- Delete the files battle.txt, battle.txt.strings.bin, diplomacy.txt, diplomacy.txt.strings.bin, contained in mods\ebii\data\text
- Put back the original files in the same folder.
