Make a win hold 55 provinces.

Reason :

Im sitting in a campaign and I have taken around 80% of the core map..

But the dark elves have provinces all around the corner in some backward nothing area.. apparently 40 provinces.. fml

So for me to win.. I need to basically take the entire map but like 6 provinces atm.

I would also really enjoy this, even if we could just make peace after the vortex victory. Alternatively, if someone could tell me where to find this in the game files, I can mod it myself.

I've heard that you have to make similar changes in two places in the files, but that might be TWH1.

I'd like this because I don't want to be at war with the Lizardmen after the Vortex Victory. I'd like to be able to live with them still in the world.
