Seems to me that DAIA is fully compatible with 1.2.3 beta.
Game runs fine.
Checked tables and there are only some changed values between 123 and 122, nothing that could conflict.
Hi all, has this or a version of DAIA been incorporated into DEI now or can it still be used as stand alone?
The reason is ask is i was checking some of the 1.2.3 beta notes and noticed some similarities ie - Fixed some CAI personalities not having proper occupation decision priority settings so they weren't using our different cultural settings. Now Barbarians should be more likely to sack, Greeks more likely to liberate, Eastern factions more likely to vassal and Rome more likely to occupy.
I know that Jake said that's ok but it's not officially updated. Just to let people know.
It should be better to update the pack, since seems that DeI team worked towards this (or a better) direction, changing many things.
I'll have a look sooner or later and then upload a pack, if there is still a reason.
Yeah, imagined that
I believe Jake could take care of the harder version. His submods are in the same more competitive direction already
Sooner or later
Hi, sorry about the delay.
A few observations i wanted to inform you about.
I don't believe that DAIA is actually working with 1.2.3 as i have noticed some strange shenanigans going on in my campaign. After approx 100 turns Medewi have destroyed Ptolemaioi who are left with 1 region and hold land from Kyrene to Kush, Seleukidai have been reduced to 1 region also, Koinon Galaton have the majority of Anatolia and the Eastern Med, Lusotannan have the majority of the Iberian peninsula, Dalmatae has Pella and a few nearby regions( i have never even seen them move before), Helvetii have moved north and captured several settlements, whilst Carthage and Epirus have not expanded at all despite only been at war with a few factions. Basically the Barbarians don't seem to be sacking but occupying, Massalia has liberated 1 settlement but no other Greek faction has and the Eastern Factions are occupying also rather than creating vassal states it would seem to me.
I know a lot of this is down to the roll of a dice(so to speak), but this feels very different to any other campaign that i have played before and a lot of the major players are on the verge of extinction which doesn't seem right or historical. Whether this is down to DAIA been outdated or changes that were made in 1.2.3 i am not sure but it is a strange campaign.
I am playing as Rome, not opted into the Ancestral Beta yet. Have a few Dei submods,No Po garrison negative, All diplomatic options, 12tpy mod, Ui and graphical mods but nothing that i can see which would interfere.
